For the first time since the start of their Black Bee project in 2014, Wladd Muta and Nico Guerrero will present a part of this musical work on September 11, during the Wladd Muta’s exhibition at the Antichambre gallery in Chambéry. They will roar in unison the drone of a Tibetan Dungchen, overtones of prepared guitar and a swarm of bees singing a morning raga.

Wladd Muta is a French visual artist who has been developing for several years a work around the figure of the astronomical “black hole” that he explores and calls out using for this purpose various mediums loaded with symbols, dreams and history: pigments black, beeswax or gold leaf. He nourishes and completes this work with more narrative approaches, combining graphic, digital, sound and poetic strategies that make up an art working to ward off chasms by focusing on the fertile and hopeful dimension of the black hole as a symbol. of the creative mystery. In parallel and as a complement to the visual work, he has been developing a collaborative sound project for several years with the experimental guitarist Nico Guerrero.
